宁波市社区居民高血压危险因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析宁波市社区居民高血压的患病现状及危险因素。[方法]采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,抽取宁波市区35～74周岁的常住(5年及5年以上)居民4750人,进行高血压问卷调查和体格检查,采用单因素及多因素的非条件Logistic回归分析筛选相关指标。[结果]宁波市社区居民高血压患病为30.4%,标化患病率为23.26%,其中男性为31.6%,女性为22.7%,男女性高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);高血压患病率随年龄增大呈上升趋势;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、肥胖、高血压家族史、糖尿病是高血压的危险因素,OR值分别为1.381、1.653、2.355、2.019,高密度脂蛋白是高血压的保护因素,OR值为0.423。[结论]宁波市社区居民高血压患病率高于2002年高血压患病率,且随年龄增高呈增高的趋势,有必要在社区人群中采取综合的防治措施,倡导健康合理的膳食习惯及科学的生活方式,控制体重、血压,降低高血压的患病率。[Objective] To analyze the prevalence status and risk factors of hypertension in the community residents in Ningbo. [Methods] Applied multistage and random sampling to a resident （≥5 years） group of 4 750 people aged between 35 and 74 in Ningbo. Hypertension questionnaire was used to investigate and physical examinations were taken. The correlative risk factors were analyzed and screened with single factor and multi-factors non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. [Results] The prevalence rate of hypertension was 30.4 percent （male 31.6 percent, female 22.7 percent）, standardized prevalence rate was 23.26 percent, the difference of prevalence rate between males and females was significant （P﹤0.01）. The prevalence rate of hypertension increased significantly with age. By multi-factors Logistic regression analysis, age, obesity, family history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus were the risk factors of hypertension, and Odds Ratio values were 1.381, 1.653, 2.355, 2.019, high density lipoprotein was the protective factors of hypertension, Odds Ratio values was 0.423. [Conclusion] The prevalence rate of hypertension is higher than that in 2002 in Ningbo, and tends to increase with aging. It is necessary to take integrated control measures to reduce the prevalence rate of hypertension in the community population, and to propose health life style including proper diet and good life habits, control of weight and blood pressure.
