社区人群糖尿病知识知晓率的分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解社区人群对糖尿病知识的知晓情况,从而为城镇社区开展糖尿病的防治工作提供对策和依据。[方法]采用分级分层抽样方法,抽取两个街道10867人,采取面对面问卷调查的方式,对糖尿病知晓率(症状、病因、遗传、治疗、并发症等6个问题)进行调查,所有调查资料输入计算机,采用SAS9.1.3软件进行统计学分析。[结果]不同年龄、文化程度、糖尿病家族史及有无糖尿病病史人群对糖尿病知识的知晓率上均存在差异。男性、年轻人、文化程度较高、有糖尿病家族史和过去有糖尿病病史的人群对糖尿病知识了解的相对较多。[结论]社区糖尿病知识教育中,应区别对待,采取适应不同年龄阶层、不同文化程度的对策。[Objective] To understand the knowledge of diabetes of community population, and provide countermeasures and bases for diabetes prevention in urban community. [Methods] Used stratified sampling method, classification, selected 10 867 people from two streets to survey diabetes awareness （symptoms, etiology, population genetics, treatment） with face-toface questionnaire investigation. All the data were put into the computer, using the statistical analysis SAS9.1.3 software. [Results] The differences on diabetic knowledge were found in population with different ages, educational levels, family histories and case histories of diabetes. Population who are male, young people, have high educational level, family history and case history of diabetes know more about diabetic knowledge. [Conclusion] It should adopt different countermeasures according to different age and culture in education about community diabetes knowledge.
