帕金森病患者家属心理状况及社会支持度研究

摘　　要：[目的]了解帕金森病患者家属的心理状态及社会支持度情况。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及社会支持评定量表,对135名帕金森病患者家属进行研究,并与国内常模进行比较。[结果]帕金森病患者家属SCL-90躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和偏执等指标均显著高于国内常模,SDS、SAS得分亦明显高于国内常模,社会支持度低于国内常模(P﹤0.05)。[结论]帕金森病患者家属存在严重的心理问题,其社会支持度不高。应对家属提供心理帮助,提高其社会支持度,以提高他们的身心质量。[Objective] To investigate the psychological status and social support in the relatives of patients with Parkinson’s disease. [Methods] There were 135 relatives of patients with Parkinson’s disease and the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL- 90）, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） were used in this study. The results were compared with the Chinese Normal Model. [Results] Several indexes of SCL-90 in the relatives of patients with Parkinson’s disease, such as somatization symptom, depression, anxiety and crankiness, were higher than that in the Chinese Normal Model. Indexes of SDS and SAS were also higher in the former group （P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion] There are severe psychological problems in the relatives of patients with Parkinson’s disease. Social support is not enough for them. It is necessary to provide psychological intervention to them.
