鸡蛋在抗酸染色实验教学过程中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]筛选一种既能节约实验材料和实验经费、缩短实验准备时间,又能提高实验的生物安全,保护师生身心健康,适合大批学生同时进行抗酸染色实验操作的理想标本。[方法]用混入鸡蛋(7%卵清,3%卵黄)的生理盐水稀释卡介苗替代结核病人痰液进行抗酸染色。[结果]染色结果稳定,背景干净,利于学生观察。[结论]改进后的抗酸染色标本适合实验教学使用,取得了满意的教学效果,值得推广。[Objective] To screen an ideal acid-fast stain specimen that was not only saving experimental materials and expenses, and shortening preparation time, but also improving the experimental bio-security, and suitable for large scale operation in experiment teaching. [Methods] The tuberculosis sputum was substituted by BCG diluted by normal saline with white （7%） and yolk （3%） of egg for acid-fast stain. [Results] Staining of specimen showed stable and low background properties. It was quite helpful for observing. [Conclusion] The improved acid-fast stain specimen is fit for application in experiment teaching.It is worth promoting.
