老年重症社区获得性肺炎合并糖尿病患者的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨老年重症社区获得性肺炎合并糖尿病患者的临床护理措施。[方法]对某院收治的2例重症肺炎合并糖尿病患者采取针对性的护理措施。[结果]2例老年重症社区获得性肺炎患者经过制定详细周密的护理措施均治愈出院。[结论]通过对2例重症肺炎合并糖尿病患者的护理,体会到在诊断、治疗、抢救、护理的配合中,以患者为中心,采取周密的护理计划和护士严格认真的落实护理措施对于患者的抢救和治疗至关重要。[Objective] To investigate clinical care measures of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia and diabetes. [Methods] Appropriate care measures were taken to nurse elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia and diabetes. [Results] 2 cases of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia and diabetes were all discharged through the development of elaborate care. [Conclusion] Through two cases of severe pneumonia in patients with diabetes care, understand the diagnosis, treatment, rescue, care co-ordination in patient-centered care to take careful planning and scrupulous implementation of nursing care measures for the rescue and treatment of patients with essential.
