摘  要:[目的]研究不同培养条件对菌株SS-3的絮凝活性的影响。[方法]采用高岭土悬浊液法测定絮凝率,选择絮凝率高的菌株分别改变培养基成分及培养条件,优化其产絮凝剂的最佳参数。[结果]分离获得1株产絮凝活性高的棉生枝孢菌株SS-3(Cladosporium gossypicola SS-3),为国内首次报道棉生枝孢产絮凝性物质。该菌株的产絮凝剂的最佳培养条件是:可溶性淀粉20.0g,硫酸铵2.0g,CaCl20.5g,30℃、150r/min下摇床培养72h。[结论]SS-3产絮凝活性受培养基成分、无机盐、培养温度、通气量等因素影响。[Object] The aim was to study effects of different culture conditions on flocculent activity of SS-3 strain. [Method]The flocculent rates were measured by aqueous suspension of kaolin method,and highest flocculent rate was selected to change the component of medium and culture condition. [Result] A high flocculent activity strain Cladosporium gossypicola SS-3 was separated and first reported for its flocculent activity. The optimal culture conditions of producing flocculant were: soluble starch 20g,ammonium sulfate 2g,CaCl2 0.5g,30℃,150r/min,72 hours incubation. [Conclusion] The activity of producing flocculent was affected by component of culture medium,inorganic salt,culture temperature,ventilatory capacity.
