摘 要:[目的]对鸢尾属植物的适宜栽植的光照强度提供理论参考。[方法]研究不同遮荫条件对5种鸢尾属植物叶绿素荧光特性的影响。[结果]随着遮荫强度的加大,Fv/Fm、Fv’/Fm、qP都有不同程度的提高。从方差分析来看,在各鸢尾属种类之间,Fv/Fm、qP差异在0.01水平显著;而遮荫处理对Fv/Fm、qP的影响不明显。[结论]5种鸢尾属植物利用光能的效率顺序为日本鸢尾、鸢尾、德国鸢尾、溪荪、马蔺。[Objective] The research aimed to provide the reference of illumination intensity for the cultivation of Iris species. [Method] The characteristics of chlorophy Ⅱ fluorescence among five Iris species on the different levels of shading were studied. [Result] With the increasing intensity of shading, there were varying degrees of increase in Fv/Fm, Fv’/Fm and qP. The analysis of variance showed that Fv / Fm and qP had significant difference among five Iris species. However shading treatments had no obvious effect on Fv / Fm and qP. [Conclusion] The order of the efficiency of utilization of light energy was as follows:Iris japonica, Iris tectorum, Iris germanica, Iris sanquinea, Iris ensata var. chinensis.
