摘  要:[目的]探讨穿龙薯蓣中微量元素含量与产地及生长年限的关系。[方法]采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对不同产地及生长年限穿龙薯蓣中微量元素的含量进行测定。[结果]测定了64个批次穿龙薯蓣中Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu4种主要微量元素的含量,结果表明其Fe、Mn、Zn含量丰富,且2年及3年生的穿龙薯蓣中微量元素含量相对较高,1年及4年生含量相对较低。[结论]不同年生穿龙薯蓣中微量元素含量存在差异,且与产地有一定相关性。综合考虑,在生产上采收2年生穿龙薯蓣性价比最高。Objective] To discuss the relations between the different places and growth years and the content of Trace elements. [Method] To detect the content of 4 trace elements: Zn, Mn, Fe, Cu of Dioscorea nipponica Makino from different Places and growth years by atom emission spectrum. [Result] 4 kinds of trace elements were detected in Dioscorea nipponica Makino, the contents of Fe, Zn, Mn were higher than the other trace elements′, and the contents of trace elements in 2 and 3 years Dioscorea nipponica Makino were higher than the 1 and 4 years Dioscorea nipponica Makino. [Conclusion] The difference of the contents of trace elements in Dioscorea nipponica Makino, which derived from different years, and there had a certain relation between the content of trace elements and the places. Comprehensive considerately, the cost performance of 2 years Dioscorea nipponica Makino was highest in production.
