摘  要:[目的]研究不同补光条件下冬季栽培甜罗勒(Ocimum basilicum L.)的生物学性状及精油成分。[方法]将甜罗勒覆膜种植,并进行冬季补光对照,分析甜罗勒全生长过程生物量和精油含有率的变化,研究不同补光时间对甜罗勒不同生长阶段的影响。[结果]补光有利于甜罗勒生物量的增加,长补光的甜罗勒单株鲜重可达740g,精油含有率略低,为0.08ml/100gFw。[结论]该研究为进一步建立优化的冬季甜罗勒种植模式提供了科学依据。[Objective] The research aimed to study the biological characteristics and essential oil component of Ocimum basilicum L. in winter under conditions of different fill-in light. [Method] The Ocimum basilicum L. was covered with the film and fill light in winter, analyzed its changes of biomass and the content of essential oil at all growth process, and studied the effects of different fill-in light time on Ocimum basilicum L. at different growth stages. [Result] The results showed that fill-in light was conducive to increase the biomass of Ocimum basilicum L.. The fresh weight per plant of Ocimum basilicum L. up to 740 g and the content of essential oil decreased light by 0.08ml/100g FW under the condition of long fill-in light. [Conclusion] The study can provide the basis for optimizing the cultivating model of Ocimum basilicum L. in winter.
