制约农业科研单位发挥推广作用的因素及对策

摘　　要：介绍了我国农业技术推广体系的现状,分析了制约农业科研单位在农技推广体系中充分发挥作用的因素,提出了相关对策建议,包括深化科技体制改革,确立新的科技评价机制,强化农业科研管理,鼓励科技的商业化运作,促进科技成果向现实生产力转化,提高科研工作者的技术服务能力等。The status of the system for expanding the use of agricultural technology in China was introduced and the factors which restricted the popularization functions of agricultural research units in the system for expanding the use of agricultural technology were analyzed. Some related countermeasures were put forward,including deepening the reform of scientific system,establishing new evaluation mechanism of science and technology,strengthening agricultural management for scientific research,encouraging the commercialized operation of science and technology,promoting the transformation of productivity from sci-tech achievements and improving the technology service ability of researchers.
