摘　　要：随着人们环保意识的增强,住区的环境越来越受到重视。许多以"绿色"、"生态"、"健康"为理念的住区被建造出来,但这些小区多只停留在小区绿化、美化的层面上,并未涉及小区绿色建筑的内涵。概念上的模糊、认识上的混乱,已成为住宅产业可持续发展的制约因素之一。解析了小区绿色建筑设计的内涵与永续性。With increasing of people’s environmental protection awareness,the environment of settlements is becoming increasingly important. Many residential districts were built with ＂green＂,＂ecological＂ and ＂health＂ as the concepts,but many of them remain in the residential district greening and beautification level,did not involve residential green building connotations. Conceptual ambiguity and cognitive confusion become one of the factors constraining the sustainable development of housing industry. Based on these issues,the connotation and sustainability of residential green building design were analyzed.
