摘  要:目的探讨富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)在犬上颌窦底提升中促进骨缺损修复的作用。方法随机将6只犬的左右上颌窦分为实验侧和对照侧。实验侧上颌窦底提升术时植入羟基磷灰石(HA)-PRF复合物,对照侧植入HA颗粒,分别于术后8、12周处死3只犬,取上颌骨作为标本,环境扫描电镜及组织学观察成骨情况。结果8周时,实验侧材料降解较少,新骨形成不成熟;对照侧材料未见明显降解,新骨形成少。12周时,实验侧材料几乎降解完全,新骨形成已成熟;对照侧材料部分降解,有新骨形成,尚不成熟。结论PRF在上颌窦提升中促进新骨形成,提高新骨质量,有利于骨组织的愈合。Objective To evaluate the potential of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to enhance bone regeneration in sinus floor elevation in dogs.Methods Six dogs′ 12 sinus floors augmentations were performed.In 6 sites,PRF was added to HA (test group),and in 6 sites HA without PRF was used(control group).Three dogs were sacrificed at 8 and 12 weeks after operation respectively.These specimens were treated for ESEM and histologic analysis.Results In the eight weeks′test group,there was a little degradation of the material and new bones which were not mature formation.No degradation of the material was obvious and few new bones were formed in the control group.In the twelve weeks′ test group,degradation of the material was almost completed and new bones formation were already mature.The material was partly degraded and new bones were formed but not mature in the control group.Conclusion PRF can improve bone regeneration and elevate healing quality in sinus lift of dogs.
