摘  要:目的观察有氧运动、二甲双胍分别及联合干预对高脂饲料诱导的肥胖大鼠血清内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)的影响。方法将雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组和肥胖模型组,肥胖大鼠由高脂饲料诱导建立,对肥胖大鼠分别予以有氧运动和二甲双胍干预,测定干预前及干预6周后各组空腹血糖、胰岛素、血胆固醇、甘油三酯、极低密度脂蛋白和血清Visfatin。结果干预前,高脂饲料喂养大鼠的血清Visfatin较C组明显升高(P<0.05)。有氧运动、二甲双胍分别及联合干预均可使肥胖大鼠血清Visfatin下降(P<0.05),各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论有氧运动、二甲双胍分别及联合干预均可降低肥胖大鼠血清Visfatin水平。Objective To observe the effects of aerobic exercise,metformin on serum Visfatin in obesity rats fed with high fat diet.Methods Male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into the control group and the model group.Fat rats were induced with high fat diet.The model group was accepted intervention of aerobic exercise and metformin.The fasting blood glucose,insulin,lipid profile and serum visfatin of the rats were measured at the end of 16th and 22nd week.Results After long term high fat diet,the concentration of serum Visfatin in high-fat-diet fed rats increased comparing with the control group (P〈0.05).The concentration of serum Visfatin in rats decreased in subgroups accepting metformin,aerobic exercise,the combination of metformin and aerobic exercise compared with the continually high-fat-diet fed subgroup (P〈0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise,metformin,the combination of aerobatic exercise and metformin can decrease the concentration of serum Visfatin in obesity rats significantly.
