摘 要:分别以1020℃保温30min后空冷和炉冷得到的TA15合金为原材料,对其进行等温恒应变速率压缩试验,研究了温度800~950℃、应变速率0.001~1s-1、真应变0.51~1.20时,不同原始α片层厚度对TA15合金动态球化行为的影响。结果表明:真应力-真应变曲线均呈现出明显的流动软化,峰值应力和流动软化率对α片层厚度的依赖程度较小。当热变形参数相同时,细片状比粗片状组织更容易发生动态球化,这与其在试验范围内测得的变形激活能分别为597kJ/mol和650kJ/mol是一致的。TA15合金中片状α除了形成低和高角度界面及强烈的局部剪切带导致动态球化外,还有动态再结晶等其它方式。Soaked at 1020℃ for 30 min and then followed by air and furnace cooling to room temperature,two kinds of microstructure with alpha lamella of different thickness in TA15 alloy were obtained,respectively.The influence of thickness of alpha lamella on dynamic globularization behavior of the alloy was studied at 800-950 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.001-1 s-1 through isothermal constant strain rate compression tests with true strain varied from 0.51 to 1.20.The results show that all the true stress-true stain curves exhibit sharp flow softening,and no significant effect of the thickness of alpha lamella on the peak stress and flow softening rate is observed.Under the same hot deformation condition,the dynamic globularization of thin lamellar alpha occurs more easily than that of thick lamellar alpha,which is in accordance with the corresponding deformation activation energy 597 kJ /mol for thin lamellar alpha and 650 kJ/mol for thick lamellar alpha in the temperature and strain rate range involved.Besides the interface separation of low and high angle alpha/alpha boundaries and shear bands across alpha plates,the dynamic recrystallization lead to dynamic globularization.
