摘　　要：从现行的物资采购、供应管理现状分析入手,根据公司总体生产经营发展策略与方针目标,以实际生产配送中的方式方法为研究对象,建立公司物资设备信息统一平台。应用计算机信息集成管理系统CIMS形成公司标准,总结采购过程管理标准化的实现要点。Starting with analysis on the existing management status of material procurement and supply,according to company＇s general production policy and goals,the material and equipment information management platform was set up to unify material equipment numbering system,which can be input into CIMS to form company standard.The paper also concluded some key points and suggestions regarding standardize management and information management on procurement activities.
