摘　　要：粮食是一种特殊的战略物资 ,是经济发展、社会稳定的重要物质基础。市场经济条件下 ,粮食价格的超常波动严重影响着粮食的稳定生产 ,影响着粮食的市场供求和加工转化 ,成为困扰我国经济发展的一大难题。本文就影响粮食价格波动的主要原因进行了分析 ,提出要稳定粮食价格必须稳定发展粮食生产 。Grain price fluctuates too much under the condition of market economy. This affets the stabilizing grain production and puzzles the development of our agricultural economy. This article analyzed the laws of grain price and the factors of affecting grain price fluctuation. After analyses, the article raised some effective method of controlling and regulating grain price stable development of grain production;regulation mechanism system perfect.
