摘  要:目的建立HPLC法测定桂林西瓜霜中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法色谱柱C18柱(4.6 mm×260 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.05 mol/LNaH2PO4(H3PO4调pH至3.0)-0.025 mol/L SDS(50:25:25);检测波长:346 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:室温。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.0021~0.01477 mg/mI浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为Y=1.705×106X+65.56,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.39%,RSD=1.90%。结论本方法操作简便,重现性好,精密度好,可以用来控制本制剂的质量。Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydroehloride in Guilin Watermelon. Methods C18 eolume(4. 6 mm×260mm,5μm)was used,with aeetonitrile-0. 05 mo]/L of potassium dihydrogen phosphste solution-0. 025 mol/L of SDS(50:25:25 ) as s mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 346 nm Temperature : Room temperature. Results The linear of the hydroch/or/de was in the rang of O. 0021 - 0.01477 mg/ml, r = O. 9998. The average recovery was 99. 39%, and RSD was 1.90%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of this preparation.
