摘 要:动态电压恢复器(DVR)是解决系统电压暂降问题最有效的技术手段之一。介绍无串联变压器型动态电压恢复器的主电路拓扑结构,对动态电压恢复器启动瞬间的谐振问题进行分析和研究,阐述造成IGBT(绝缘栅双极晶闸管)过电流和输出电压畸变的机理,从控制策略方面提出2种简单易行的谐振阻尼控制器抑制措施:半周期Posicast控制器和谐振抑制滤波器,给出2种谐振阻尼控制器的设计方法,对2种抑制方法的性能进行比较。通过仿真和试验验证所提方法的有效性。Dynamic voltage restorers (DVRs) are the devices which can effectively improve voltage sags. The circuit topology of dynamic voltage restorers without series transformer was introduced. Analyses and researches on the transient resonance problem of DVRs in starting up were carried out. The principle of IGBT's over current and distortion on voltage output were described. The suppressing measures based on two resonance damping controllers were studied: the half-cycle Posicast controller and the resonance suppressing filter. Design methods of the two resonance damping controllers were given and the comparison was carried out between them. The proposed methods were confirmed by simulation and experiment.
