摘　　要：IT300负荷开关属于中压开关设备,适用于短路电流较大的发电工程。该型负荷开关设计先进,动、热稳定电流较大,结构简单。由于该产品实际运行量较少,在交付用户使用中尚存在一些问题,有些问题较为严重。通过IT300负荷开关发生的一起爆炸故障,对该型设备结构、动作原理、故障原因进行了分析,通过分析对该型设备的交接、运行、维护提出一些注意事项及建议。IT300 load switch is medium vohage switchgear produced by France SDCEM for power plant project with bigger short-circuit current,which has advanced design, large thermal short-time withstand current, and simple structure. However, there are some problems in use due to the less actual usage of this product, some more serious. The equipment structure and movement principles of IT300 and the fault causes of an explosion of IT300 were analyzed, and some considerations and suggestions were also presented in the device hand-over, operation and maintenance.
