摘 要:对政平、龙泉、江陵、鹅城等三峡直流输电工程相关换流站的直流控制保护系统自投运以来的故障做了统计性分析,介绍了提高直流控制保护系统可靠性的措施。直流控制保护系统的故障集中表现为控制系统主机故障及输入输出板卡故障。通过采取硬件改进、操作系统升级、改善现场运行环境、完善控制保护系统自检逻辑等措施,使直流控制保护系统的故障率大大降低,从而进一步提升了三峡直流输电工程的可靠性。A statistic analysis is made on the faults that have occurred in the HVDC Control and Protection system(C&P) at Zhengping, Longquan, Jiangling, Echeng, Yidu and Huaxin converter substations since the C&P was put into operation, and the measures used to improve its reliability are introduced. The analysis shows that the faults of the C&P are mainly related to the Main CPU and the I/O board. By improving the hardware, upgrading the operation system of the Main CPU, improving the operation environment, and consummating the self-checking logic, the failure rate of the C&P has been substantially reduced and hence the reliability of the Three Gorges HVDC projects has been further improved,
