摘 要:通过对北方中小城市人口与居住面积的分析,估算出采暖热负荷。以25万人口的中小城市既有供热区改造为典型研究对象,提出"新建25MW背压机带基本负荷运行,利用外网25%既有热源调峰和备用,拆除75%小锅炉"的优化方案,并对方案的节能效益、环境效益和经济效益予以评价,最后得出:在北方中小城市供热电厂配置采暖背压机可取得明显的节能减排成效,但项目的经济性不够理想,仍需要进一步降低工程造价和给予政策扶持。This paper analyzed the population and residential area of small and medium sized cities in North China and thus estimated the heating thermal loads. Taking a city that has 0.25 million people and implemented heating system transformation as a typical example was proposed, an optimized construction scheme, i.e. building a 25 MW back-pressure turbine operated with base-load, taking 25% of the existing heat supply for back-up and peak load regulation, and dismantling 75% of small boilers. In addition, the scheme was evaluated in terms of energy efficiency, and environmental and economic benefits. Finally, it came to the conclusion that the application of back-pressure turbines in heating systems of power plants in small and medium northern cities can achieve a remarkable success in heating energy-saving and emission reduction, but can not be that successful in economical efficiency, therefore, there is room for improvement in reducing the construction cost and giving policy support.
