摘　　要：大截面导线与耐张线夹在发电厂、变电站使用的较多,其具体的压接工艺各有不同,压接的效果评定不很严格。经过对NY-1400耐张线夹压接工艺进行分析、计算和试验验证,提出大截面导线与耐张线夹压接工艺应遵循的原则以及压接过程中应避免的质量隐患,为大截面导线的压接质量提供保证。Conductors with large-cross section and strain clamps are widely used in power plants and substations. Different pressure contact techniques have been applied while the effects are evaluated without qualified standards. Through the analysis, calculation and experiment study on the pressure contact techniques used for NY-1400 strain clamps, some principles are proposed to guarantee the quality of this pressure contact techniques.
