双PPH治疗重度脱垂痔72例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）结合手缝固定术（简称双PPH）治疗重度脱垂痔的临床应用价值，应用国产吻合器行双PPH治疗重度脱垂痔72例。结果显示，手术时间为15～30min，术后平均住院时间为4．5d。72例患者全部治愈。术后出血1例，肛门疼痛及坠胀23例，尿潴留20例，下腹不适6例。随访4～36个月，无复发，无残留皮赘、吻合口撕裂、再出血、肛门狭窄、大便失禁等并发症。结果表明，双PPH治疗重度脱垂痔安全，疗效肯定。The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical value of double PPH in the treatment of severe prolapsed hemorrhoids. Seventy-two patients were treated by PPH and hands-suture fixation （double PPH）. As results,operation time was 15-30 rain,average in-hospital time after operation was 4. 5 days;all of the patients obtained recovery. Bleeding after operation was in 1 case, the anus pain and tenesmus in 23 cases, urinary retention in 20 cases,lower abdominal discomfort in 6 cases. Follow-up for 4-36 months did not find recurrence, residual skin tag, anastomotic tear, re-bleeding, anal stricture, fecal incontinence,as well other complications. Double PPH treatment of severe prolapsed hemorrhoids is a safe and effective technology.
