原发性高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白和血尿酸的表达及其与硕动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压患者超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和血尿酸的表达及其与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法选取102例原发性高血压患者，采用彩色多普勒超声进行颈总动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT）测量，确定其颈动脉粥样硬化发生情况。并根据超声检查结果，对不同患者[颈动脉粥样硬化者（包括斑块形成者、IMT增厚者）及IMT正常者]的甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、血压、血hs—CRP、尿酸等进行检测，并作组间比较及血hs—CRP和尿酸与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性分析。结果超声检查结果示颈动脉粥样硬化患者78例。颈动脉粥样硬化患者与IMT正常者TC、TG、收缩压及舒张压均无明显差异（P〉0．05），但颈动脉粥样硬化患者hs—CRP浓度和尿酸水平均明显高于IMT正常者（均P〈0.05）。斑块形成者及IMT增厚者血hs—CRP浓度和尿酸水平均显著高于IMT正常者f均P〈0．01）；而且斑块形成者血hs—CRP浓度明显高于IMT增厚者（P〈0．05），但尿酸水平与IMT增厚者并无明显差异（P〉0.05）。hs—CRP浓度及血尿酸水平均与IMT呈明显正相关（均P〈0．05）。结论hs—CRP及血尿酸与原发性高血压病患者的颈动脉粥样硬化程度有关。Objective To investigate the expression of high sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and serum uric acid in patients with essential hypertension and their relationship with carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods One hundred and two patients with essential hypertension were divided into three groups： normal carotid artery group,intima thickness group and plaque formation group. Serum hs-CRP and uric acid were measured and their relationship with degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis was analyzed. Results Serum hs-CRP and uric acid in carotid artery atherosclerosis group were significantly higher than those without carotid atherosclerosis group （ P〈 0.05 ）; hs-CRP and uric acid in plaque formation group and intima thickness group were significantly higher than those of normal carotid artery group （P 〈 0.05）;hsCRP in plaque formation group was higher than that in intima thickness group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The concentration of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and serum uric acid are positively correlated with the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension.
