摘　　要：目的:制备银杏内酯B的人工抗原与多克隆抗体。方法:以碳化二胺法合成银杏内酯B的人工抗原后,分别以完全弗氏佐剂与不完全弗氏佐剂免疫♀BALB/C小鼠。其共免疫4次。结果:制备成功抗银杏内酯B多克隆抗体。结论:该多克隆抗体,效价达到25600,竞争抑制率达78%,是一个效价高,特异性高的理想抗体。OBJECTIVE To prepare the artificial antigen of the ginkgolide B and the polyclonal antibody against ginkgolide B. METHODS To synthesize the artificial antigen of the ginkgolide B by CDI method. And prepare the polyclonal antibody by immuning the mice four times with the antigen. The antigenic specificity was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS The antibody had a high specificity which arrived 78 % and high titer which is 25 600. CONCLUSION It is an anti- body with high specificity and titer.
