摘　　要：目的观察活血解毒方含药血清对体外培养角质形成细胞cAMP水平的影响。方法采用清洁级SD大鼠制备活血解毒方的含药血清,以体外培养角质形成细胞株COLO-16为研究对象,运用酶联免疫检测法观察不同浓度活血解毒方的含药血清对角质形成细胞内cAMP含量变化的影响。结果不同浓度动物含药血清与空白对照组相比,差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P均<0.05),细胞中cAMP含量与动物血清的中药浓度呈正相关。结论活血解毒方药能够提高细胞内cAMP的水平,从而抑制细胞增殖和促进细胞分化。Objective To observe the effect of Huoxue Jiedu decoction drug-containing serum on cAMP concentration in keratinocytes in vitro.Method Huoxue Jiedu decoction drug-containing serum was prepared by using SD rats of clean grade.Then after the keratinocyte cell line COLO-16 was cultured in vitro,the cAMP concentration in keratinocytes was detected by ELISA all.Result Level of cAMP in drug-containing serum groups and the control group had statistically significant（all P〈0.05）difference.cAMP content in cells and the concentration of Chinese medicine in drug-containing serum are positively correlated.Conclusion Chinese medicine can increase the intracellular cAMP content,so as to inhibit cell proliferation and the promote cell differentiation.
