以龟头黏膜损害为首发表现的二期梅毒1例

摘　　要：患者男,24岁。龟头黏膜潮红伴白色斑块2月,掌跖部斑疹1周。龟头真菌镜检及培养均(-)。RPR1:32(+),TPPA(+)。诊断:二期梅毒。予普鲁卡因青霉素治疗15天,1个月后复查RPR1:4(+),皮损消退。A 24-year-old man presented with flushing mucous membrane and white papule on glans for two months,macule on palms and sole of foot for one week.Direct microscopy and fungal culture were negative of skin lesions on glans.RPR 1：32（＋）,TPPA（＋）.The diagnosis was made as secondary syphilis.The patient was treated by procaine penicillin injection for 15 days.The titre of RPR reduce to 1：4 one month later,and the skin lesions disappeared.
