摘　　要：针对现在科技查新申请处理主要依赖于手工操作的现状，从图书馆科技查新的实际需要出发，设计了一个基于ASP（Active Server Page）技术的科技查新业务管理系统，实现了在线提交、查询、处理、意见反馈等基本功能。通过该系统运行情况分析，认为该系统可以提高查新人员的工作效率，减少了工作失误，提高自动化水平，有较强的实用性。Novelty is now processing applications for mainly depends on the status of manual operation,from the library Novelty＇s practical needs,I have designed a operation management system which is based on ASP （Active Server Page） technology,thus enabhng the online submission,inquiries,processing,feedback and other basic functions.Through the operation of the system analysis,that the system can improve staff efficiency,reduce mistakes in the work to improve the level of automation,there are strong practical.
