摘　　要：随着高校教师教育技术培训的不断深入，如何提高培训质量成为一个值得关注的问题。文章分析了目前培训中存在的问题，并结合网络教学平台的优势，将网络教学平台与高校教师教育技术培训相结合，以期能为高校教师教育技术培训提供指导。How to improve the quality of training has been a matter of concem,with the deepening of the educational technology training of teachers in the universities.This article analyzes the current problems in training,and combines with the advantages of network teaching platform,integrating the network teaching platform with the educational technology training of teachers in the universities so as to provide guidance for the educational technology training of teachers in the universities.
