共振吸脂塑形术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨共振吸脂术应用于人体各部位塑形的效果。方法:在肿胀麻醉下,用瑞士VACUSON共振吸脂机行人体不同部位,如腹部、大腿前内、后外侧的脂肪堆积吸脂塑形术30例。结果:经过6～12个月随访,均达到较理想的形体塑造目的。无并发症发生,医者患者均感满意。结论:共振吸脂技术是一种安全、快速、省力、微创、有效的脂肪抽吸术,同时能有效降低医生劳动强度。Objective To explore the effects of body figure reconstruction by applying resonant liposuction in various body parts.Methods By use of Vacuson resonant liposuction instrument made in Switzerland,with tumescent technique,resonant liposuction was applied in 30 cases for body figure reconstruction including local fat deposit liposuction in various body parts such as in abdomen,anteriomedialis and posterolateral thigh,and etc.Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation.Both doctors and patients were quite satisfactory with the results of body figure reconstruction.No complications were found.Concluson Resonant liposuction is an ideal method to reconstruct the body figure because it is a safe and fast-processed liposuction technology,with less-efforts,less invasion and high efficiency.And at the same time,it can greatly reduce the physical labor of the surgeon.
