摘　　要：目的:改进腋臭治疗方法。方法:对30例患者采用双层剥离法治疗腋臭,先剥离皮下组织层,连续缝合真皮皮下组织切口后,再剥离真皮层,将真皮皮下组织瓣完整切除。结果:30例患者均顺利康复,其中有15例术后半年随访,3例术后1年随访,效果满意。Objective To improve the treatment of osmidrosis.Methods 30 cases of osmidrosis had been treated with double-layer stripping.After the subcutaneous layer had been stripped,the incision of dermis subcutaneous tissue was sutured continuously before the dermis layer was stripped.Then the dermis subcutaneous flap was cut off completely.Results All the 30 cases were successfully recovered,15 cases were followed up for six months,and 3 patients for 1 year.The results were satisfactory.Conclusion Double-layer stripping is a feasible treatment method of osmidrosis.
