摘 要:目的:研究中心性血管化珊瑚石人工骨的血供和吸收情况,探索人工骨血管化的机理,为珊瑚石人工骨的临床应用提供更新的理论依据。方法:选取标准新西兰兔的股动脉埋植入预制珊瑚石人工骨隧道内,建立中心性血管化模型,分别植入骨膜下和皮下。以单纯珊瑚石人工骨同部位植入做对照。术后第1、2、4、8、12周行大体形态学和组织学检查,观察珊瑚石人工骨中心性血管化后的组织结构和血管新生情况并予定性分析。结果:中心性血管化珊瑚石人工骨各处均有大量血管新生,4~8周充满全层,12周血管化程度进一步增加。对照组仅少量血管自周围长入。结论:中心性血管化珊瑚石人工骨可大大提高人工骨的血管化水平,该模型有望成为珊瑚石人工骨的临床应用的新方式。Objective To research the blood supply and absoption of the central vascularized coralline and explore the mechanism of vascularization in artificial bone for its further clinical application.Methods To determine whether the vascularization of coralline could be evaluated,we built the model by implanting the selected New Zealand Rabbits' femoral artery into the central tunnel of the coralline.We implanted the vascularied coralline into subperiosteum or subcutaneous,and also implanted the non-vascularized coralline as control.The animals were euthanized at 1w,2w,4w,8w and 12w post-operation.The morphology and histology of the implants were investigated.Results The central vascularized corallines were filled with new-born vessels at 4~8w,and get further vascularized at 12w.To compare with,there were only a few new-born vessels in control.Conclusion The vasculariztion of artificial bone graft could be evaluated by using this method.This model can probably be a new method for coralline in clinical use.
