眼科的颈动脉海绵窦瘘的临床特征(附11例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨颈动脉海绵窦瘘的临床特征。方法通过回顾分析我院眼科自2005年以来就诊于眼科的11例颈动脉海绵窦瘘病人的临床特征(眼部表现、彩超、CT及DSA)。结果 11例均被证实为颈动脉海绵窦瘘。结论详细询问病史和体格检查及相应的影像学检查可达到早期诊断该病的目的 。Objective Approaching the clinical feature of CCF. Methods Through retrospective analysis the ocular region symptoms,color Doppler, CT and DSA that the clinical feature from our hospital ophthalmology since 2005. Results All the patients are reported clinical diagnosis character. Conclusion Inquiring patient history, physical examination and propotinal imageology checking detailly could be early diagnosis and therapia in time, the prognosis is best.
