摘　　要：研制了一种噪声巡检功能的激光二极管串联群驱动电源,并且数量可调节。该电源采用电路和程序控制算法相结合,当半导体激光器串联群中有一个或多个损坏,可以采用测量噪声的方式来检验和发现,并及时报警,从而确保整个系统工作的连续性、可靠性。A laser driver which not only has the function to achieve noisy inspection is designed in this paper,but also can drive a number-adjusted group of series-connected semiconducter laser. This power adopts the combination of circuit and algorithm for program control,through using the method which measures noise to check,discover and alarm in time when there are one or more LD destroyed in the group of seris-connected semiconductor laser, and ensure the whole system run continuously and reliably.
