摘 要:对激光精密焊接方法在航空工程中的应用进行了深入探讨,首先对影响焊接质量的相关因素进行了实验研究,并对焊件进行了例行试验。结果表明,焊缝的性能质量达到了产品的设计要求;而且在提升效率降低成本方面做了大量的工作,从而破解了激光焊接工程应用的效益瓶颈。有关工作得到企业的认可,激光焊接被纳入飞机制造的工艺路线之中,成为激光焊接实际应用的案例。The precision laser welding methods and applications in aeronautical engineering are insightfully discussed. The experimental research on influential factors of welding quality is carried out, and the routine trails are tested on the weldment. The results show that the performance and quality of welding lines have reached the design requirements of production, and have done a lot work in improving efficiency and reducing costs, which broke through the effectiveness of the bottleneck in engineering application of laser welding. The relevant work has been recognized by the involved enterprises. Laser welding has been incorporated into the aircraft manufacturing process line as a practical application case.
