摘  要:设计了应用于低温、真空测量的激光诱导荧光系统。使用真空室作为样品室,采用斜射式光学结构,系统结构简单、灵敏度高。测量了氧化锌固体和罗丹明B水溶液的荧光光谱。结果表明,系统对于罗丹明B水溶液的最小检测限为1×10^(-12)mol/L,荧光信号峰值与溶液浓度呈较好线性关系。The established laser-induced fluorescence system can be applied to measure sample’s fluorescence under low temperature and vacuum atmosphere. Since vacuum room was chosen as sample room and oblique incidence optical structure was used, the system was of simple optical structure and high sensitivity. The system was exploited to measure the fluorescence of solid ZnO and water solution of Rhodamine B samples. The results showed that the detection limit of Rhodamine B is 1×10-12 mol/L, and there was a linear relation between the peak signal value and the concentration of sample.
