腓骨钩钢板治疗腓骨远端骨折40例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察腓骨钩钢板治疗腓骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法:对40例腓骨远端骨折进行开放复位后予腓骨钩钢板内固定,对术后踝关节功能进行评分,并观察术后并发症的情况,如伤口感染、骨折不愈合、内固定失效等。结果:随访6～30个月,本组病例骨折全部愈合,踝关节功能评定优29例,良8例,可3例,优良率为92.5%。结论:对于腓骨远端骨折,腓骨钩钢板具有创伤小、复位良好等特点。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of fibular hook plate on distal fibular fractures.Methods：Forty patients with distal fibular fracture were treated with fibular hook plate,and the ankle joint functions as well as post-operative complications were observed.Results：A followed-up of 6-30 months revealed that all patients were healed,with ankle joint functional assessment excellent in 29 cases,good in 8 cases,and fair in 3 cases.The good-excellent rate was 93.5%.Conclusion：Fibular hook plate is good for treating distal fibular fracture with small trauma and fine reduction.
