摘  要:对3台不同挤压机压制的不同规格生电极制品温度场的分布做了初步探讨,并对测试结果进行统计分析,确定生坯电极温度场的分布有均匀分布和非均匀分布两类。分析结果表明,生坯电极不同温度场的分布对产品内部结构有着不同的影响,通过对生坯电极温度场进行测试,以期找到产生生坯制品缺陷的原因,对电极制品生产有一定的指导作用。The distribution of the temperature field of the green electrodes formed by extrusion from Sinosteel Jilin Carbon Co., Ltd., was discussed, and the test results were analysed. The temperature field of the green electrodes classified as uniform distribution and non- uniform distribution is determined. The analysed results show that the different temperature field distribution has different effects on the structure of the green electrode. The reasons caused the structural defect of the green electrode can be found through the testing for the temperature field distribution, which would provide an reference for the production of the green electrodes formed by extrusion.
