部分阴道封闭术治疗子宫切除术后阴道顶部脱垂(附12例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨部分阴道封闭术（Le Fort术）治疗子宫切除术后老年性阴道顶部脱垂的临床效果。方法12例子宫切除术后阴道顶部脱垂患者,年龄68-82岁,均行部分阴道封闭术。结果本组平均手术时间为46（30-75）min,平均出血量67（45-100）ml,术中及术后无并发症发生。随访0.5-5年无复发,但有2例出现轻微尿失禁。结论部分阴道封闭术治疗子宫切除术后老年性阴道顶部脱垂是一种安全性高、效果良好的手术方式。Objective To study the feasibility and safety of Le Fort partial colpocleisis for treatment of vaginal vault prolapse after hysterectomy in aged patients.Method 12 cases suffered vaginal vault prolapse,with age from 68 to 82 years,were conducted Le Fort partial colpocleisis.Results The mean operation time was 46 minutes（ranged from 30 to 75 minutes） and the average blood loss was 67 ml（ranged from 45 to 100 ml）.No perioperative complication was found.All cases were followed up for 0.5 to 5 years（average 2.5 years）,and no recurrence occurred.Slight continence was appeared in 2 cases and relieved when bladder avoid overfilling.Conclusion Le Fort partial colpocleisis is a safe and effective procedure for vaginal vault prolapse after hysterectomy in elder cases.
