2型糖尿病患者中亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与糖尿病血管并发症关系的研究

摘　　要：对382例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，发现2型糖尿病患者中亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（甲减）合并率为15．7％，合并亚临床甲减组心血管疾病和糖尿病肾病的发病率高于无亚临床甲减组（P〈O．05），亚临床甲减是糖尿病肾病的独立危险因素[OR=1．9（95％CI：1．0～3．6），P〈0．05]。This retrospective analysis showed that the prevalence of subclinical hypothyroidism （SCH） was 15.7% in 382 type 2 diabetic patients . Tbe prevalences of cardiovascular disease and diabetic nepbropathy were significantly higher in diabetic patients with SCH than those without SCH （P〈0.05）. Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that SCH was an independent risk factor for diabetic nephropathy [ OR = 1.9 （95% CI 1.0- 3.6）, P〈0.05].
