摘　　要：IL-21是一个新近发现的增强免疫的细胞因子,主要由活化的CD4＋T细胞产生.它不仅参与了固有免疫、适应性免疫应答,还具有潜在的抗肿瘤效应.此文就IL-21的生物学特性及其在各种疾病中的作用进行综述.IL-21 is a relatively newly discovered immune-enhancing cytokine and is produced mainly by CD4~＋T cells.It is not only involved in innate immunity,adaptive immune response,but also has the potential anti-tumor effect.This review is mainly about the biological characteristics of IL-21 and its role in a variety of diseases.
