《公共图书馆建设标准》和《公共图书馆建设用地指标》述评

摘　　要：通过简要介绍《公共图书馆建设标准》和《公共图书馆建设用地指标》，指出其具有以服务人口为划分依据、指标的操作性强、指标与我国国情紧密结合的特点，也存在行政级别不容回避、适用范围有限、指标设置不合理、少儿图书馆服务标准欠周全的问题，提出了改进的建议。By a brief introduction to Standards for Public Library Construction and the Land Target for Public Library Construction, this es say makes a research on their characteristics such as division by served population, workable indicators which are also closely connected with China national conditions. However, there also are some problems such as administrative level not being evaded, limited applicable scope, un- reasonable targets and less comprehensive service standards for children library. The writer makes recommendations for improvements hereafter.
