摘  要:归纳多组分精馏分离的次序在化工过程优化中具有重要意义,而目前常用方法过于主观或繁琐,因此建立一种简单、客观、准确的归纳方法非常重要。同时利用层次分析(AHP)和模糊数学法,构建用来归纳多组分精馏分离次序的数学模型,通过模糊数学的方法构造各属性指标的隶属函数,计算各种分离方案在各个指标中的权重,再利用层次分析法判断其优劣,从而确定分离方案,最后用该模型对2个实例进行了分析,方法简明实用。Concluding multicomponent seperation series of distillation is very important for optimization of chemical process,but the normal method is usually too subjective or too complicated,so it is of vital importance to estiblish a simple,objective and accurate concluding method.Both analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy math are used to build a mathematical model to conclude separation series of distillation.With the fuzzy mathematical theory,the membership functions of every index were built to calculate the weight of every separation method.Then AHP was used to judge the pros of every method to determine which one should be chosen.In the end, two specific examples were analyzed.This method was proved to be concise and practical.
