摘 要:采用生物活性炭滤池(BACF)处理某石化厂高浓度尿素废水,考察了BACF对尿素、COD、SS、氨氮等指标的去除效果,分析了BACF出水pH和电导率的变化。结果表明,BACF的除污效能良好,其出水COD和SS浓度可满足低压锅炉进水水质要求;BACF具有很高的去除尿素效能和抗尿素负荷冲击能力,当进水尿素浓度为94.45~1118.5mg/L时,出水尿素浓度<10mg/L;BACF对氨氮的去除效果不佳,平均去除率仅为20.42%;尿素水解产物的存在使BACF出水pH值和电导率分别在(9.0±0.2)和(400~1600)μS/cm范围内波动。Biological activated carbon filter (BACF) was utilized to treat wastewater with high concentration urea from a petrochemical plant. The removal efficiencies of urea, COD, SS, ammonia ni- trogen and other pollutants were investigated, and the variations of pH and conductivity of the effluent were also analyzed. The results show that BACF has excellent pollutant removal efficiency. The COD and SS concentrations in the effluent can meet the water quality requirements for low-pressure boilers. BACF has high urea removal efficiency and a stronger resistance to urea shock load. The urea concentration in the effluent is less than 10 mg/L when the urea concentration in the influent is 94.45 to 1 118.5 mg/L. BACF has poor removal efficiency of ammonia removal with the average removal rate of 20.42%. The ex- istence of urea hydrolysis product makes the pH and conductivity of the effluent fluctuate in the range of 9.0±0.2 and 400 to 1 600 μS/cm respectively.
