摘 要:采用超滤装置回收砂滤池及活性炭滤池反冲洗废水。结果表明,中试装置运行稳定,废水回收率>85%。在运行29个过滤周期后,跨膜压差从64kPa增加到113kPa,产水量从915L/h下降到534L/h。膜进水浊度为1~18NTU,膜出水浊度<1NTU,但是膜出水浊度随进水浊度的增加而增大。膜对进水中总铁的去除率为85%~98%,对CODMn及UV254的去除率均为20%~80%,膜出水的总铁浓度<0.3mg/L,CODMn及UV254值分别稳定在0.6mg/L和0.009cm-1左右。反冲洗水的THMFP明显比水厂各工艺段水样的高,经膜处理后THMFP显著降低。Ultrafihration membrane was used to reclaim backwash water from sand filters and acti- vated earbon filters. The experiment results show that the pilot-scale equipment operates stably, and the reclamation rate of the backwash water is above 85%. After 29 filtration periods, the transmembrane pressure increases from 64 kPa to 113 kPa, and the flux decreases from 915 L/h to 534 L/h. The turbid- ity in membrane effluent is less than 1 NTU while the turbidity in membrane influent fluctuates between 1 NTU and 18 NTU. The turbidity in membrane effluent is increased with the increasing of the turbidity in membrane influent. The removal rates of total iron, CODM,, and UV2s4 by membrane are 85% to 98%, 20% to 80% and 20% to 80%. The concentrations of total iron, CODMo and UV254 in the effluent are less than 0.3 mg/L, about 0.6 mg/L and 0. 009 cm-1 respectively. THMFP in backwash water is higher than that in all operational units, and THMFP value is decreased after treatment by membrane.
