摘　　要：随着经济的发展,人口、资源和环境之间的矛盾越来越严重。为解决这一矛盾,经济学家提出要发展循环经济,具体到城市建设中就是要建设生态城市。文章从循环经济和生态城市的内在联系入手,探讨循环经济理念下建设生态城市的方法。With the development of the economy, the contradiction among population, resources and environment is more and more serious. To solve the contradiction, the economists point out that we should develop the recycling economy and construct ecological city in practice. This paper analyzes the internal connection between the recycling economy and ecological city, puts forward the way of constructing ecological city under the recycling economy theory.
