民族历史街区保护的意义和价值——以西安“回坊”改造为例

摘　　要：面对当前的城市拆迁改造,以即将改造的西安"回坊"为例,通过田野调查,对回族历史街区如何定位,如何在保持民族文化特色的前提下适应城市的现代化进程,如何处理好保护与改造、开发与利用的关系,提出了相关的对策和建议,探讨了回族历史街区保护和城市现代化进程的关系。In the context of urban tearing down and reconstruction,how to reposition the Hui nationality＇s historical blocks？ How to protect the minority nationality＇s cultural characteristics while to adapt to the urban modernization process？ How to handle the relationship among the protection and reconstruction,development and utilization？ Taking the reconstruction of Hui nationality＇s blocks of Xi＇an for example,this article investigates the relationship between the protection of the Hui nationality＇s historical blocks and the urban modernization process,and makes some useful operable opinions and suggestions.
