摘　　要：城市现代化建设进程中的环境污染问题已成为制约我国经济社会发展的重要瓶颈,城市环境污染治理需要一定规模的建设资金支撑。作为筹集城市基础设施建设和社会公益性事业的资金而发行的一种有价债券,市政债券是城市环境污染治理的有效筹资方式,对满足地方政府债务融资需求方面将发挥重要作用。In the process of urban modernization environmental pollution has become China＇s major bottleneck in economic and social development. Urban environmental management requires a certain amount of construction funds. As securities issued for raising urban infrastructure and public welfare funds,municipal bonds are effective financing of urban environmental pollution control. It will play an important role in the way of debt financing to meet the needs of local governments.
