摘 要:在分离柱中,利用13X分子筛吸附分离二硝基甲苯(DNT)氢化焦油中的间位二氨基甲苯(m-TDA),考察了吸附温度、解吸温度、停留时间、氢化焦油初始量、分子筛用量等因素对m-TDA吸附收率的影响。结果表明,当氢化焦油初始量为40g、无水乙醇用量为170mL、分子筛用量为85g、吸附温度为60℃、解吸温度为75℃、停留时间为2.5h时,DNT氢化焦油中m-TDA的吸附效果最佳,收率可以达到70.56%。In the separation column, the m-dinitrotoluene (m-TDA) in the dinitrotoluene (DNT) hydrogenated tar was adsorbated and separated using 13X molecular sieve. The reaction conditions such as adsorption temperature, desorption temperature, residence time, the initial amount of hydrogenation tar and the amount of molecular sieve were investigated..The results showed that when the initial amount of hydrogenation tar was 40 g, ethanol was 170 mL, the amount of 13X molecular sieve was 85 g, adsorption temperature was 60℃, desorption temperature was 75℃, residence time was 2.5 h, the effect of adsorption was the best, the yield of m-TDA achieved 70. 56%.
