摘　　要：从图书馆学情报学的学科定位、学科融合及人才培养模式入手,指出图书馆学情报学人才培养应该具备的特点,只有建立以创新和应用为取向的教育模式,才能适应云时代的未来发展。Starting with the subject position, subject integration and personnel training mode of Library and Information Science, the paper points out the features of the personnel training mode in this field. The author considers that only by establishing innovative and application-oriented education mode, can we adapt to the development of the cloud time in future.
